In addition to his work as a writer and designer, Tess is an engaging public speaker and youth mentor who shares his experiences as a survivor; discussing such topics as grief and loss, growing through trauma, identity and self-motivation. Orphaned by a single mother, Andrew understands the self-reliant drive it takes to overcome the odds, and the fortitude required to maintain your humor and spark in the darkest of times. Success is not given, it is earned, and this philosophy is central to his mindset of consistently pulling victory from the jaws of defeat.
