Will Zee' Tidwell has always been a man of many hats and talents and juggling between his poetry/writing, speaking, passion for his community, and all-around entrepreneurial spirit.
Will “Zee” Tidwell or often referred to as the “Neighborhood Hero” was originally born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas to Willie & Barbara Tidwell. Due to his relentless entrepreneurial spirit Tidwell was able to birth the community relations and outreach organization SpeakUPZee, LLC. in the year of 2013-2014. This platform was created with the goal of using the power of motivational/educational speaking, a wide variety of professional services and products, and community programs and initiatives to provide inspiration, support, and resources for students, young professionals, organizations, the less fortunate, and any human being within our reach.
Tidwell uses this platform to serve as both a beacon of light and a resource for those within his community and anyone he comes into contact with and as a result of those efforts Zee and his amazing team have been able to serve well over 15,000 individuals with their community and entrepreneurial efforts.
This amazing record led to Tidwell being named 2019 Arkansas Man of the Year and 2019 Community Activist of the Year.

We as a people have a much better chance of success and achieving our goals when we have ones who are willing to support us and pick us up in those times when we fall. We are so much stronger when we come together.

We have to adopt the mindset that we not only stronger when we come together, but that when we come together the goal is to offer value and reciprocate the value we have been offered.
Change.
The only way we can do these things is by building a community, embracing partnerships/togetherness, embracing our creativity, and most importantly doing it with love. And, when we live by these values then our community, clients, and ones around us have no choice but to change for the better.

This organization was created with the goal to combat the many societal issues our cities, states, overall country, and the world deal with on a daily basis. The only difference, we did not want to be tied down to the many restraints that come with non-profit, but some of our greatest partnerships are formed with the great non-profits. This team creates a number of unique community events, initiatives, programs, and platforms to fight the most tenacious social issues we deal with today. Issues such as homelessness, youth mentorship and the lack thereof, and mental health.
SpeakUPSpeakOUT Summer Youth Mentoring Program
SpeakUPSpeakOUT is our youth mentoring program that has been established since the year 2016 taking students from all walks of life and sharpening their life and leadership skills through the power of entrepreneurship and various forms of art such as poetry, speaking, creative writing, and more.
Zee's Detailing
Zee’s Detailing is one of the newly developed apprenticeship programs where we hire young men and women primarily of color and ensure they have employment, resources, and also learn valuable life skills and strengthen their entrepreneurship spirit. The goal here is to help our clients’ vehicle reach their full potential while also surrounding our youth with caring mentors to ensure they do the same.

Operation Save Our City: this is one of our more recent initiatives in partnership with Geyer Springs United Methodist Church here in our hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. This a mobile contactless food pantry where we serve on average 200+ plus families each week to ensure no family or person goes hungry or without especially during these unsure times.
